23rd POLICE UNITY TOUR

St. Rose, LA February 2020 – The St. Charles Parish Sherriff’s Office works tirelessly to ensure the safety of the entire Parish’s citizens, often at the expense of their own safety.

Recently, Glen Smith, Gary Smith, and Senator Gary Smith, Jr. of GSmith Motorsports & The Magnolia Companies of LA, LLC were honored with a visit from some of St. Charles Parish’s finest, all in support of an amazing cause.

The annual Police Unity Tour will ride again this coming May. Sgt. Giovanni Tarullo, Sgt. Walter Banks, Det. Kevin Tennison, and Det. Steven Mahan will representing SCPSO in the annual Police Unity Tour, riding in honor of officers lost in the line of duty, as well as raising funds for the fallen's families.

From the Police Unity Tour’s website, since its inception in 1997, the Tour, now almost 2500 members strong, has donated almost 23 million dollars to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
